 Send a new prodcut not a used one! June 22, 2010

I do not have a gripe for this product. It is good and simple to use. It does what it is supposed to do.
What I hated was the merchant sent an apparently used one although I ordered and paid for a new one.
The firstly mailed one was rusty here and there and the package was covered with a lot of dust and overall packing was not professional.
I could see it was a reforming with a used one which was used at least several months considering the condition.
So, I returned the first one with a clear message that I wanted a new one as I had ordered, and they sent another one after a week.. You know what? It was a slightly "better-looking" used one. Guess what. I did not want to and could not spend all my time arguring, repacking, and resending so I accepted the second one because there was no critical defect after all.
But I did not like at all the merchant's service.

I've had mine for almost 6 months now and it seems to work fine. I like the bright red color, very easily noticeable on a black steering wheel.

I park my Golf Cart in a near-by carport. I realized it was an 'easy target' and I needed some theft protection. After going to several auto stores and finding nothing that would work, I tried an on-line search. I found the "Dr. Hook" (pedal to steering wheel) product, it looked like it would work for a golf cart and was surprised the price was so reasonable. I ordered it and now I am a very satisifed customer and recommend it to my golf buddies.

It looks robust and works as planned. It locks well between the brake pedal and the steering wheel. I have an old convertible mustang ('65) and it brings some additional security.

I bought this device when my wife & I moved from Maine to Missouri. We had plenty of stops along the way & it's better to have an added security.
My only gripe is that the Key System is just very ordinary, Maybe some people who purchased this device might have the same key as mine. But, it's better to have one than nothing. I'm sure the car thieves will have a hard time.
