Dynamat Roller July 28, 2010 dr460n Good product but I used my fingers more to get into detail spaces. The roller was only handy on large open areas.
An Absolute Must for DynaMat Install! April 7, 2010 Rainman69 (Florida Space Coast) DynaMat Pro Roller is a must for install. Wore my roller out with over 36 sheets of DynaMat Extreme! Economy Roller is useless. Pro Roller is smooth and easy to use, and the handle doubles as a crevice and contour tool. Made a significant difference when I completely gutted and sound deadened my 2002 Ram Air T/A interior with 36 sheets of DynaMat and two rolls of DynaPad. Much quieter, barely discernible road & exhaust noise. New sound system kicks now with added insulation. Can actually use hands free Bluetooth without having to yell in microphone.
NICE ROLLER March 14, 2010 S. Coulibaly (Bowie, MD) i used this for dynamat my trunk and i have tried any other roller because this did the work for me just like i wanted
Worked great. February 19, 2010 Rick (Chicago, IL) The roller worked great, but you don't absolutely need the roller to do the work. I did make the job a little easier.
It works well, but the squeak it bad. January 14, 2010 Frank Jones (San Jose, CA USA) I was torn between 3 or 4 stars but I'm an optimist so gave it 4. I installed 3 bulk packs of dynamat extreme and many many yards of ensolite in my 2009 Honda Accord V6 to tame down the road noise and to cut down on some reflections that bugged me. I used this tool quite a bit but found myself using the wooden end almost as must as the roller end. It would be nice if it was ball bearing as someone trying to quiet their car, listening to this thing squeak almost drove me insane. I used the roller quite a bit when installing the ensolite barrier though.
I was an MECP Master installer in a previous life. I also competed SQ for many years and dB for a year or two.
Good tool but I wish that they would make a ball bearing version.
